Funds received by P.E.R.N. are used to fund rescue efforts as well as pay for the feeding, transport, training, farrier and veterinary expenses of these horses. We have NO paid staff and your dollars are never used for administrative overhead. When horses are sold (we are not a long-term retirement or invalid care facility), the income from the sale goes to cover future rescue efforts. Most horses are sold for far less than our cost so PLEASE consider donating to help us continue and expand our work.
